5. Limitation of Liability

Pre-existing Damage: AUTOAIR & VACUUM PRO LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical issues.

Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items, valuables, or electronics left inside the vehicle during the cleaning process. Please remove all personal belongings before service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
